Jake Bodi is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer operations within the utility industry. Since November 2000, Jake has served as the Director of Customer Operations at Ameren, where oversight includes Customer Accounts, Credit & Collections, and Customer Advocacy/Energy Assistance for both Ameren Illinois and Ameren Missouri. Prior roles at Ameren include Director of Customer Service, Superintendent of Business Administration, and various supervisory positions. Prior to joining Ameren, Jake worked at AT&T Mobility as an Assistant Store Manager. Jake holds a Bachelor of Arts in Chemistry from Saint Louis University, obtained in 1998.
