Laura Klipfel possesses extensive experience in customer solutions, having worked at Ameren since June 2008 in various roles, including Customer Solutions Supervisor, Customer Solutions Analyst, Regional Account Executive, and Regional Clerk. Prior to Ameren, Laura served as a Recreation Programmer at Saint Francis Medical Center from August 2004 to June 2008. Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Strategic Communication and Leadership at Maryville University of Saint Louis, expected to graduate in May 2024, Laura also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication with an emphasis in Public Relations and Recreation from Southeast Missouri State University, earned between 2002 and 2005.
