Laura Vellutini Rider

Laura Vellutini Rider is a seasoned compensation professional with extensive experience in the human resources field. Currently serving as a Senior Compensation Specialist at Ameren since July 2020, Laura partners with HR teams to develop employment offers and promotional recommendations while managing internal equity. Prior to this role, Laura held various positions at Enterprise Holdings, including Compensation and Performance Specialist and Compensation Manager, where accomplishments included managing salary systems, analyzing jobs, and leading significant projects such as the transition to Workday and a comprehensive FLSA update.
