Miles Martin

Miles Martin has a diverse work experience that spans several roles and companies. Miles is currently working as a Lead Digital Project Manager at Ameren since April 2022. Prior to that, they participated in the Hiring Our Heroes Corporate Fellowship Program at Ameren from January to April 2022.

Before joining Ameren, Miles worked at the Cyberspace Capabilities Center from July 2020 to January 2022. During this time, they held the role of Protect Portfolio IT Manager. In this position, they were responsible for mapping EIT zero trust scope, developing Comply 2 Connect capability matrix, and overseeing DAFMAN 17-1304 rewrite, among other tasks.

Miles also has experience in the United States Air Force, where they held several roles. Miles worked as an Airman & Family Readiness Consultant from July 2019 to July 2020 and as an Airman & Family Readiness Center Consultant from October 2017 to July 2019. Prior to that, they served as a Section Chief, Network Infrastructure from August 2016 to October 2017 and from July 2015 to August 2016. Additionally, they worked as an Acquisition Program Manager from March 2011 to June 2015. In their roles in the Air Force, Miles demonstrated leadership skills and expertise in managing networks, cryptographic keys, and infrastructure upgrades.

Miles Martin holds a Master of Science (MS) degree in Project Management from Troy University, which they obtained between 2020 and 2023. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Management from Ashford University, completing their studies between 2013 and 2018. Miles also holds an Associate's degree in Human Services, General from the Community College of the Air Force, which they completed between 2016 and 2018. Additionally, they obtained an Associate's degree in Electronic Systems Technology from the Community College of the Air Force before 2013. Miles has also acquired several certifications including ITIL 4 Foundation Level from AXELOS Global Best Practice in 2021, CompTIA Security+ from CompTIA in September 2013, and Certified Personal Finance Counselor from FINCERT Center For Financial Certifications in June 2019.
