Samer Abusoud

Samer Abusoud has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and companies. In 1993, they worked as an IT Manager at Washington University in St. Louis, where they managed information systems functions and played a role in developing departmental policies. Samer remained in this position until 1999. Following this, Abusoud joined Enterprise Holdings in 2001, where they held various roles, including Senior Systems Engineer and Lead Systems Engineer, focusing on messaging, collaboration, security, and compliance. Samer worked there until 2020. Currently, Abusoud is employed at Ameren as a Network Security Engineer, and recently transitioned to the position of Lead Security Engineer in November 2022.

Samer Abusoud holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Finance from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale, which was obtained between 1991 and 1993. Additionally, Samer Abusoud also obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Computer Science from the same university between 1982 and 1986. Samer has also obtained the certification of "Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals" from Microsoft in 2020.
