Bob Albertini

Bob Albertini's work experience spans over several decades in the energy industry. Bob began their career at ComEd in 1987, where they held various roles within the Energy Services Organization. In 1998, they joined Exelon Federal Solutions Group as a Senior Sales Representative, focusing on energy savings projects for government clients.

In 2003, Bob transitioned to Ameresco as a Business Development Manager and District Manager. During their time at Ameresco, they successfully launched their Federal energy services business in the Mid-Atlantic region and led teams in implementing energy solutions for customers.

From 2010 to 2014, Bob served as the Director of Business Development and Director of Client Management at Pepco Energy Services. In these roles, they led business development efforts, hired and managed sales professionals, and developed strategic partnerships for the Power & Thermal Group.

Returning to Ameresco in 2015, Bob took on the role of Director of Federal Program Management, where they coordinated internal teams to ensure the successful execution of energy projects and acted as the main point of contact for business development. In 2021, they were promoted to Senior Director of Distributed Generation.

Throughout their career, Bob has demonstrated expertise in project development, contract management, and customer relationship management within the energy industry.

Bob Albertini has a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Notre Dame. Bob also holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree with a focus on Marketing and Finance from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business. In addition, they have obtained certifications including Certified Energy Manager (CEM) and Distributed Generation Certified Professional (DGCP) from the Association of Energy Engineers (AEE), and an Engineering Intern (EIT) certification from the state of Illinois.
