Jeffrey Johnson

Jeffrey Johnson is an accomplished real estate professional with extensive experience in managing and advising on complex real estate opportunities. Currently serving as Vice President of Real Estate Solutions at Ameresco since May 2016, Jeffrey leads the real estate advisory practice within the Asset Sustainability Group, focusing on asset management and funding strategies. Prior to this role, Jeffrey held key positions at IMS Health as Director of Global Real Estate, overseeing a diverse commercial real estate portfolio, and at Jones Lang LaSalle, where responsibilities included managing extensive facilities for Citibank and leading large-scale real estate outsourcings for numerous high-profile clients. Additionally, as COO of CalEast Global Logistics at LaSalle Investment Management, Jeffrey managed a significant investment portfolio for CalPERS. Jeffrey's career began in the United States Air Force, where service as a Captain provided foundational advisory experience. Jeffrey holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the United States Air Force Academy.
