Louis Maltezos

Executive Vice President at Ameresco

Louis Maltezos is the current Executive Vice President at Ameresco. Prior to this, they were the Vice President and General Manager Exelon Solutions from June 1995 to June 2004. In this role, they were responsible for rebuilding and growing the energy savings performance contracting business unit. Before this, Louis Maltezos worked at ComEd from June 1988 to June 1996 in engineering and project management roles. Louis started as an engineer and eventually became the lead engineer on a project to replace the process computer data acquisition system at the Company’s PWR nuclear power plants. By the end of their time there, they supervised the centralized team of engineers and computer scientists responsible for the process computer software and systems at all of the company’s power plants.

Louis Maltezos obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.

They are on a team with Nicole Allen Bulgarino - EVP, General Manager Federal Solutions, Timothy Maslak - President, Applied Energy Group, and Leila Dillon - Senior Vice President Marketing and Communications. Louis Maltezos reports to George P. Sakellaris, President & CEO.
