Mark Ballinas

Mark Ballinas currently serves as the PV/BESS Operations Manager for the West & Central Region O&M at Ameresco, a position held since July 2023. Prior to this role, Mark held positions at Catalyze, where responsibilities included overseeing regional field service operations and managing the commissioning of various energy systems. Mark’s earlier experience includes roles at Alterman, Inc. focusing on automation and SCADA systems within the water and wastewater sector, as well as engineering positions at Central Texas Water Maintenance, Kennebec Lumber Company, and RLC Engineering. Mark holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering Technology from the University of Maine and an Associate of Science in Electrical and Automation Technology from Eastern Maine Community College.
