Tim Farkas

Tim Farkas has a diverse work experience starting in 2005 when they worked as an Assistant Vice President at Nevada State Bank - Public Finance. During this role, they worked as a public finance banker and financial adviser, specifically focusing on financing for renewable energy projects. Tim played a key role in the issuance of the first Clean Renewable Energy Bond in the State.

In 2009, Tim transitioned to a consulting role, where they worked as a Principal consultant.

In 2012, Tim joined Ameresco as the Director of Finance.

Tim Farkas attended Bonanza High School, followed by the University of Oregon Lundquist College of Business from 1990 to 1995, where they obtained a BS degree in Finance. Tim then pursued their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) at the University of Nevada-Las Vegas from 2007 to 2011.
