John Bolton

John Bolton began their work experience as an Associate at Nixon Peabody in 1996 before becoming a Partner in 2004. John then served as the Chief Legal Officer and Chief Operating Officer at Phoenix Partners Group LP from November 2010 to November 2013. In 2012, they also held the position of Co-Chief Compliance Officer at Phoenix Derivatives Group LLC/PPG West LLC. From 2013 to 2014, Bolton worked as the Senior Counsel and Senior Vice President at GFI Group Inc. John then became the Chief Operating Officer at Amerex Brokers LLC in 2014. Finally, they took on the role of Managing Director and Head of Renewable Energy Structured Solutions at Amerex Energy Services in March 2018.

John Bolton attended Glen Cove High School from 1983 to 1987. After completing high school, they enrolled at Hamilton College, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree from 1987 to 1991. Johnson then went on to attend the University at Buffalo School of Law, earning a J.D. degree from 1992 to 1995.
