Michael Rigas

Michael Rigas currently serves as the Director of America First Transition Project at America First Policy Institute. Prior to this, he founded Rigas and Associates where he engaged with former senior government leaders to apply best practices in management and personnel. He has also held roles such as Acting Director at the U.S. Office of Personnel Management and Acting Deputy Director for Management and Senior Advisor at the Office of Management and Budget. With a background in economics and public administration, he has a wealth of experience in government operations and leadership roles.
