Lilly McNicholas is currently the Regional Director of Development at America On Tech, serving in this role since February 2023. Previously, Lilly worked as a Development Consultant at the Center for Reproductive Rights from July 2022 to January 2023. Before that, she was the Senior Development Manager at Rebuilding Together NYC, where she executed fundraising plans, diversified grant portfolios, and oversaw volunteer committees and special event production. With a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies from DePaul University, Lilly has shown a strong dedication to fundraising and development roles, making significant contributions to various organizations throughout her career.
