Raylene Paris is an accomplished education professional with extensive experience in curriculum development and program management. Currently serving as Curriculum Manager and Program Manager at America On Tech, Raylene leads a team of over 10 instructors and has successfully enhanced program outcomes through strategic initiatives, including the redesign of an interview professional development workshop utilizing AI. Previous roles include English Educator at Alhambra Unified School District, where Raylene developed standards-aligned curriculum units and improved student retention, and Virtual English Educator at Jurupa Unified School District, achieving significant increases in online engagement and passing rates. Additionally, Raylene has a background in digital marketing, having contributed to social media strategy and content creation in previous positions. Raylene holds a Master's degree in Education from the University of California, Riverside, and a Bachelor of Arts in English from California State University, Long Beach, along with a Professional Writing Certificate.
