Chelsea Ochoa currently serves as the Leadership Development and Design Program Manager at the American Academy of Neurology since May 2023. Previously, Chelsea held various positions at the University of Minnesota, including Curriculum & Assessment Coordinator and Instructor within the College of Liberal Arts Career Services from June 2015 to May 2023, managing curriculum development, assessments, and student support initiatives. Prior roles also include Senior Career Counselor and Career Services Program Coordinator at the University of Texas at Austin's Jackson School of Geosciences, where Chelsea enhanced career exploration opportunities and student engagement. Chelsea's educational background includes a Master of Education in Educational Psychology from The University of Texas at Austin and a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish Studies from the University of Minnesota.

The American Academy of Neurology (AAN), established in 1948, is an international professional association with over 40,000 neurologists and neuroscience professionals dedicated to providing the best possible care for patients with neurological disorders.
