Lara Rauchwarter has a diverse background in talent management and HR. Lara began their career in 2004 as an HR Manager at Be The Match operated by National Marrow Donor Program, where they worked until 2018. During their time there, Lara held various roles, including talent management and senior strategic business partner.
In 2019, Lara moved on to the American Academy of Neurology, where they took on the position of Senior Manager, Talent Management & OD. In 2020, they were promoted to the role of Director, Talent Management and HR.
Lara Rauchwarter attended Bethel University from 1998 to 2002, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources. During the same timeframe, they also completed a Bachelor's degree in Psychology at Bethel University.
