Krita Sawh

Krita Sawh, CHRL, is an accomplished HR executive with extensive experience in talent management and organizational effectiveness. Currently serving as the Chief Talent and Culture Officer/Vice President at Durham Community Health Centre since June 2018, Krita has previously held notable positions including VP of Human Resources at Bolttech Mannings Inc. and Director of HR at DXP Canada. Krita's expertise spans various HR functions, including performance management, recruitment, employee relations, and disability management, as evidenced during tenure at Symcor and Scotiabank. Krita is currently pursuing further education at Royal Roads University while holding an Honours Bachelor of Human Resources Management candidacy and a Human Resources Management Certificate from Seneca Polytechnic.
