Sarah Dusold, SHRM-CP, currently serves as a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at the American Academy of Neurology since January 2023, bringing extensive experience in talent acquisition from previous roles at Be The Match and Menards. At Be The Match, Sarah held multiple positions, including Senior Talent Acquisition Partner and interim Talent Acquisition Leader, focusing on developing candidate pools to meet diverse recruitment needs. Earlier roles at Menards included Human Resource Coordinator, where responsibilities encompassed employee support and onboarding processes, along with various managerial positions that developed foundational HR skills. Sarah holds a Bachelor's Degree in Communication and Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point and also studied at Jagiellonian University.
