Kelly Guzman MN, RN, FAAN is a highly experienced nursing leader currently serving as a Fellow at the American Academy of Nursing. With a background in healthcare design, transition planning, and operational management, Kelly has held leadership positions at various organizations including Yellow Brick Consulting, Inc., NIHD, HTS, Inc., KARL STORZ Endoscopy-America, Inc., UCLA Health System, and White Memorial Medical Center/Adventist Health. Kelly holds a Masters in Nursing Administration from UCLA and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Pacific Union College.
