Ayla Karaca

Ayla Karaca currently holds the position of Product Development & Strategic Partnerships at MyClimateRx, where the focus is on identifying climate risks and solutions through an interactive web-based map. Ayla is also a Climatebase Fellow, enhancing climate knowledge while being part of a selective community of changemakers. With experience as Project Manager & Community Organizer at Community Arts and Events, Ayla has demonstrated commitment to supporting passion projects. Previous roles include Digital Advertising Associate at Whole Whale, where digital advertising strategies were developed, and an entrepreneurial journey as a Founding Member of Vivently, which involved extensive research and pitching to investors. Ayla's education includes a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from San Francisco State University and participation in multiple fellowships and programs focused on entrepreneurship and leadership.
