David Harrison is an accomplished media professional with extensive experience in digital engagement, videography, and marketing. Currently serving as the Director of Digital Engagement at the American Academy of Optometry since May 2022, David previously worked at AdventHealth for over 15 years, where responsibilities included shooting and editing impactful stories for various platforms. Earlier roles include serving as a Senior Videographer and Avid Editor at AdventHealth, a Marketing professional at Anheuser-Busch focusing on beverage campaigns, and a Feature Reporter for WCJB TV 20 News, where David reported on diverse topics in North Central Florida. David holds a Bachelor's Degree in Mass Communication/Media Studies from Barton College.
