Reagan Bayer has over a decade of work experience, starting in 2007 at Kaplan as a Senior Project Manager/Leader. From 2010 to 2016, they worked at the YMCA of the USA as the Senior Director of Strategic Programs & Solutions Delivery, overseeing IT project optimization and talent management strategies. In 2016, Reagan joined the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons as the Director of the Information Technology Project Management Office. They later became the Senior Director of the Enterprise Project Management Office, leading key strategic initiatives and managing a significant organizational project portfolio. Currently, Reagan serves as the Managing Director of Orthopaedic Registries at the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons, where they focus on scaling the Program of Registries and delivering support to orthopaedic sub-specialty groups.

Reagan Bayer holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in History from Wayne State University. Additionally, Reagan has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Information Technology Management from Western Governors University. Reagan has also obtained certifications in Change Management Practitioner from Prosci in 2018, Certified Scrum Master from Scrum Alliance in 2010, and Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute in 2002.
