Rebecca Bonds

Rebecca Bonds has an extensive work experience spanning over two decades. Rebecca currently serves as the Director of Data Management and BI at the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons (AAOS), a position they assumed in 2022. Prior to this, Rebecca worked at Impact Advisors from 2020 to 2022 as the Interim Director of Data Management and BI for the AAOS. In this role, they led the implementation of regulatory requirements and managed all aspects of data governance, management, and analytics.
