Rhoda Banks, MA and MHA, has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in talent management, culture and inclusion, organizational development, and education. Rhoda has held leadership positions in multiple organizations such as American AgCredit, Rabo AgriFinance, Aegion Corporation, and SSM Health. Rhoda has also served as an adjunct professor and instructor at Webster University, ECPI University, and St. Louis University School of Medicine. Their expertise includes developing and implementing talent management processes, leading the design and implementation of performance management systems, and providing education and quality control in healthcare settings.

Rhoda Banks, MA and MHA, has a diverse education history that spans several institutions and fields of study. From 2001 to 2004, they attended Webster University and obtained a Master's degree in Human Resource Training and Development. Following that, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Lindenwood University - St, completing their studies in 2002.

In 2005, Rhoda returned to Webster University, this time focusing on the field of Health Care Administration. Rhoda pursued their Master's degree in this field and successfully completed their studies in 2008.

As Rhoda continued to expand their knowledge and skillset, they pursued a Certificate in Project Management from St. Louis University between 2011 and 2014. This certification provided their with a specialized understanding of project management techniques and strategies.

In addition to their formal education, Rhoda also holds multiple certifications. In 2016, they became certified as an MBTI Facilitator in Myers Briggs through The Myers & Briggs Foundation. Rhoda further augmented their expertise with the Everything DiSC certification in 2017, obtained from Whiley Publishing.

More recently, Rhoda pursued additional certifications in 2022. Rhoda obtained a certification in Diversity & Inclusion from eCornell and completed The Five Dynamics certification from Simpli5.
