Joanna Anderson, SPHR, is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in strategic human resources leadership. Currently serving as the Head of HR Partnerships and Programs at American AgCredit since June 2020, Joanna focuses on cultivating strong HR partnerships and ensuring service quality while aligning with business needs and compliance regulations. Previous roles include Senior HR Business Partner at Denver Zoo, Senior Director of Human Resources at Go Daddy, and various HR positions at Western Union, The Integer Group, and US West.
