Shanti Rivers

Shanti Rivers, PHR, has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Most recently, they worked at American AgCredit as the Executive Head of Human Resources. Prior to that, they were employed at Rabo AgriFinance as a Sr. HR Business Partner, where they formed partnerships with the North America Executive Team to drive HR strategy and initiatives.

Before joining Rabo AgriFinance, Shanti worked at Citi in various roles, including SVP - Sr. HR Advisor in both the Retail Branch Network and Mortgage Sales departments. Shanti also served as the VP - Employee Relations Manager, where they developed manager skills, conducted investigations, and ensured consistency in employment practices.

Earlier in their career, Shanti held positions at Citi as a Senior HR Generalist, Market Recruiting Manager, Recruiting Manager, and Senior Recruiter. Shanti was responsible for executing hiring forecasts, managing recruiting teams, developing strategies, and partnering with management to select top-quality talent.

Prior to their time at Citi, Shanti worked at Capital One Services Inc as a Recruiter and Customer Service Representative. Shanti'srecruiter role involved conducting interviews, coordinating new hire offers and training classes, and developing training programs.

Throughout their career, Shanti Rivers has demonstrated their expertise in human resources, business acumen, strategic planning, employee engagement, and talent management.

Shanti Rivers, PHR, has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication with a concentration in organizational communication and human persuasion from the University of South Florida. Shanti completed their bachelor's degree from 2000 to 2004. Additionally, Shanti has obtained several certifications throughout their career. In December 2004, they obtained the Professional in Human Resources certification from HRCI. In March 2021, they obtained the Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging certification from LinkedIn. In September 2021, they obtained the How to Make Strategic Thinking a Habit certification, also from LinkedIn. Lastly, in January 2023, they obtained the Business Ethics for Managers and Leaders certification from LinkedIn.
