Michelle James

Michelle James, MEd, AINS, is a dedicated professional in the insurance industry, currently serving as a Reinsurance Claims Specialist at AmericanAg since September 2022. Prior to this role, Michelle worked at The Hanover Insurance Group as a Claims Auto Property Adjuster from August 2019 to September 2022, where responsibilities included supervising third-party claims and evaluating insurance claims.
