Adam Gibson

Adam Gibson is a supply chain management professional with extensive experience in various roles across multiple companies. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Director of Supply Chain Management at AAF International, where they lead a team of 18 individuals across 8 sites. Prior to this, they worked at Rolls-Royce as the Head of Supply Chain for the Americas and later as the Head of Supply Chain for the Electrical division. In these roles, they played a key role in growing the SCM function and establishing supply chain groups in multiple countries. Before joining Rolls-Royce, Adam worked at Allison Transmission as a Procurement Program Manager, representing the Procurement and Supplier Quality groups. Additionally, they have experience at Rolls-Royce as a Purchasing Program Manager and as a Contract Buyer. Adam began their career at Tri Star Engineering as a Program Management Analyst, where they supported advanced radar systems and electronic warfare systems. Adam has also held operational roles in multiple companies.

Adam Gibson attended Indiana University Bloomington where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Public Affairs. Adam then went on to enroll at the University of Indianapolis for their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Global Supply Chain Management.
