Olen Johnson

Olen Johnson, MS, MBA, CSP, is an experienced professional in environmental health and safety management, currently serving as the Environment, Health and Safety Director at AAF International since April 2022. Responsibilities include overseeing a multi-national EHS department for over 3000 employees across nine manufacturing sites, as well as developing ISO 14001 and 45001 programs. Prior roles include Global EHS Director at Dallas Group of America, Inc., where oversight was provided for EHS programs across seven facilities in four countries, and Category Manager at ORR Safety, managing significant budgets and vendor negotiations. Previous experience includes senior management positions in health, safety, and environmental initiatives at Integrated Global Services and Alstom Power. Olen Johnson holds a Master of Science in Environmental Health and Safety from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater, an MBA from the University of Richmond, and multiple Bachelor's degrees in Psychology and Modern Language from Virginia Military Institute and American University of Cairo.
