Rob Stocksdale has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Rob began their career in 1993 at BEACH MOLD & TOOL, INC. as an Advanced Quality Engineer, managing multiple automotive accounts and supplier quality. Rob then joined Summit Polymers as a Manufacturing Engineer, focusing on Lean Manufacturing and assembly automation. In 2006, they moved to Hitachi Automotive Systems Americas, Inc., where they served as a Design Validation Engineer and Laboratory Manager, overseeing the construction and operation of the Engineering Test Laboratory. Rob then joined GE Appliances in 2012 as a Senior Advanced Manufacturing Quality Engineer, responsible for project management and process qualification. In 2013, they became an Engineering Manager at FICOSA, overseeing engineering efforts and manufacturing support. Finally, they joined AAF International (American Air Filter) in 2016 and held various roles, including Corporate Manufacturing Engineer, Engineering Manager - Advanced Process Engineering, and currently serves as the Director of Engineering.

Rob Stocksdale attended the University of Louisville from 1999 to 2002, where they studied Mechanical Engineering. Rob then enrolled at Ivy Tech Community College from 2005 to 2010 and earned an Associates degree in Industrial Technology.
