Rodney Cushing

Rodney Cushing is an experienced maintenance manager currently serving at AAF International since August 2021. Previously, Rodney held various roles, including managing partner at Cushing Media Productions since April 2012 and maintenance supervisor at Kellogg Company from January 2020 to August 2021. Earlier experience includes maintenance superintendent at Baxter Healthcare Corporation and a lead electronics technician and supervisor at Nomaco, where Rodney achieved CRMP certification through the SMRP process. Beginning in March 1990, Rodney worked as area equipment manager for UNICCO Facility Services, overseeing maintenance for half of a tire plant. Rodney holds a high school diploma from Niceville High School.
