Brad Aspgren

Brad Aspgren has extensive experience in strategic operations and technology within the financial services and airline industries. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Operations at American Airlines Federal Credit Union since October 2007, Brad collaborates on strategic direction and manages back-office member services. Previously, in the role of Senior Vice President of Technology & Innovation, responsibilities included leading a team of 75, managing an $18M budget, and overseeing large-scale technology projects. Brad’s prior experience at American Airlines spanned various leadership roles, including Senior Manager of Enterprise Programs, where leadership of project managers focused on technology planning and employee engagement, and Senior Business Technology Manager, where cost-reducing technologies were developed for improving customer airport experiences. Educational qualifications include a BA in Economics from Lawrence University and an MBA in Marketing/Finance from the Texas McCombs School of Business.
