Judy Charles

Judy Charles is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience, currently serving as the Manager of Human Resources at American Airlines Federal Credit Union since July 2009. In this role, Judy partners with senior leadership to design and implement programs that attract, retain, and reward talent while ensuring legal compliance. Prior to this, Judy held various HR positions at Xerox Corporation, including HR Analyst and Training Specialist, where responsibilities spanned HR reporting, strategy execution, and employee training. Judy began the career at Deluxe Corporation, managing regional pricing and customer service initiatives. Educational qualifications include an M.A. in Human Resources Management from Dallas Baptist University and a B.B.A. in Marketing Management from The University of Texas at Arlington.
