Cole Brown

Cole Brown is an accomplished human resources executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as the Chief People Officer at American Airlines since May 2021, Cole has previously held key positions at Amazon, including Vice President of HR for Amazon Devices and North America Customer Fulfillment. Prior to Amazon, Cole was the Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at Conifer Health Solutions. A significant portion of Cole's career was spent at Walmart, where various leadership positions were held, including Senior Vice President of Human Resources and Chief Diversity Officer. Cole's legal expertise was established through earlier roles in law firms and as an Equal Employment Opportunity Consultant. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Arts from Southern Methodist University and a Doctor of Law from SMU Dedman School of Law.
