Darrel Gray

Darrel Gray has extensive experience in customer service and operations, currently serving as a Customer Service Manager in Airport Customer Care at American Airlines since October 2020. Prior roles at American Airlines include Airport Operations Recruiter, Operational Talent Advisor, and Customer Service Manager in various capacities.
