Jana Friedman

Jana Friedman is an experienced legal professional with a career spanning over two decades in various prominent firms and corporations. Currently, Jana serves as Managing Director and Senior Attorney at American Airlines since August 2016. Prior to this, Jana held the position of Senior Manager at Deloitte Transactions and Business Analytics, LLP, and was Vice President, Legal and Chief Compliance Officer at FTS International, where responsibilities included developing and managing the Ethics and Compliance Program. Jana's tenure at Jones Day involved serving as Counsel and Associate, where representation in class action securities fraud, complex commercial litigation, and internal investigations was prominent. Furthermore, Jana was General Counsel at IP Navigation Group, LLC, overseeing litigation of patent infringement cases. Jana holds a JD from SMU Dedman School of Law and a B.A. in Government from The University of Texas at Austin.
