Lauren Lewis

Lauren Lewis is a well-experienced professional in strategic sourcing and procurement, currently serving as Manager of Strategic Sourcing and Procurement at American Airlines since June 2019. Lauren has successfully managed contracts for domestic catering services and directed sourcing initiatives for international catering and security contracts, achieving multi-million dollar savings through effective negotiation and strategic planning. Prior roles include Team Lead of Corporate Purchasing and Senior Commodity Manager, where Lauren implemented significant contracts amid the COVID-19 pandemic and established new vendor partnerships. Prior to American Airlines, Lauren gained valuable experience through internships at RigUp, focusing on accounting and operations.
