Mark Nelson

Mark Nelson has extensive experience in employee relations and labor union leadership. Since June 1983, Mark has served as Principal, Employee Relations, and Counsel, Arbitration at American Airlines, where responsibilities include presenting grievance arbitration cases. Previously, from January 1999 to December 2007, Mark was the President of Transport Workers Union Local 513, representing approximately 4,000 members across two companies in five cities. Additionally, Mark held the role of Vice President at the union, focusing on managing grievance dockets and preparing arbitration cases for presentation.
