Paul Estes

Paul Estes currently serves as the Dallas West Council Emergency Coordinator for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, overseeing disaster and emergency coordination by developing and implementing effective communication strategies and response plans in the Dallas, Texas area. With extensive experience as an international flight attendant at American Airlines, including leadership roles in safety and security, Paul also contributed to emergency management efforts as an intern and volunteer assistant for the Town of Little Elm. Additionally, Paul has experience in educational settings as a substitute teacher and previously managed a property, showcasing a diverse skill set. Paul holds a Master’s Degree in Safety, Security & Emergency Management and a Graduate Certificate in Emergency Management from Eastern Kentucky University, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Crisis/Emergency/Disaster Management from the University of Arizona.
