Sutherland Carter is a highly experienced Senior Product Designer at American Airlines since October 2021, previously serving as a Product Designer at Sutherland Carter Designs. Sutherland Carter has a diverse background that includes roles at Là Fuori and Tangelo, where skills in user research, content organization, and stakeholder communication were developed. Alongside a career in product design, Sutherland Carter operated as a Certified Life Coach, creating a successful coaching program and delivering extensive coaching hours to empower clients. Additionally, Sutherland Carter founded VKTR, a social-good organization dedicated to improving education for underserved communities.
