Alana Gibson Ma

Alana Gibson, MA, SHRM-CP, is a seasoned HR professional currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at the American Alliance of Museums, where responsibilities include overseeing HR operations in compliance with employment regulations and managing recruitment processes. Previously, Alana held roles as an HR Generalist at the National Association of Manufacturers, focusing on candidate recruitment and onboarding, and as a People and Culture Associate at Bleeker, where the onboarding process and employee relationship building were key functions.
