Onica Kibby, SHRM-CP

Onica Kibby, SHRM-CP has over 15 years of work experience. Onica began their career in 2006 as an Assistant Manager for Best Little Roadhouse. In 2011, they moved on to become a Social Media Analyst for Trapit, Inc. In 2012, Onica accepted a role as a Front Desk Manager / Escrow Assistant with Fidelity National Title. In 2014, they joined Sublimity Insurance Company in two roles: Administrative Assistant / HR Coordinator and Accounting Assistant / Service Support Specialist. In 2018, Onica was promoted to HR Specialist / Executive Assistant with Sublimity Insurance Company. In 2019, they joined the Oregon State Police as a Sr. HR Business Partner. Onica most recently accepted a role as Human Resources Director with Natural Plant Products in 2021.

Onica Kibby holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Environmental Science from Willamette University and an Associate's degree from The Institutes in General Insurance. In December 2016, they obtained their SHRM-CP certification from SHRM.
