Danyelle Rickard

Danyelle Rickard has extensive experience in museum administration, assessment, and collections management, currently serving as Accreditation Program Officer and Museum Assessment Program Officer at the American Alliance of Museums since April 2014. Danyelle manages the progress of approximately 140 museums through the Museum Assessment Program, oversees the Peer Review Program, and ensures data integrity within program records. Prior roles include Vice Chair of the Registrar's Committee of the Mid-Atlantic Association of Museums, Executive Director of the Susquehanna Museum at the Lock House, and Collections Manager at the Baltimore Museum of Industry. Danyelle holds a Master’s degree in Museum Studies from The Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor's degree in History from the University of Maryland Baltimore County, complemented by an Associate's degree from Harford Community College.
