Garth Jordan has extensive work experience in various leadership roles in the healthcare and non-profit sectors. Garth is currently serving as the CEO of the American Animal Hospital Association, where they have developed a new Just Cause and strategy to streamline the existing business and drive new business models. Prior to this, they served as the Chief Strategy Officer of the Healthcare Financial Management Association, where they led the association through holistic strategy development and execution. Garth'sunique design thinking approach resulted in significant growth in membership and the development of new products and services. Garth also has experience as the CEO of RevvCrew, where they provided consulting services to non-profits, helping them achieve growth and improve their ability to generate revenue. Garth has held executive positions in other organizations such as the Medical Group Management Association, EDUCAUSE, Association of periOperative Registered Nurses, HealtheCareers, and Dura Pharmaceuticals. Throughout their career, Garth has demonstrated a strong ability to drive strategic growth, improve business operations, and enhance customer experience.

Garth Jordan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry from the University of Colorado Boulder, which they obtained from 1986 to 1988. Garth further pursued their education at the University of Colorado Denver where they received an MBA in Marketing from 1990 to 1992. In addition to their academic qualifications, Garth Jordan has also obtained various certifications, including a Certified Scrum Product Owner® (CSPO®) from the Scrum Alliance in December 2018, a Certified ScrumMaster from the Scrum Alliance in October 2018, and several design thinking certifications from IDEO U in 2018.

American Animal Hospital Association

The American Animal Hospital Association is the only organization that accredits animal hospitals throughout the United States and Canada. AAHA-accredited veterinary hospitals are champions for excellent pet health care. They voluntarily choose to be evaluated on approximately 900 standards of veterinary care. Currently, over 3,600 small animal veterinary hospitals are accredited by AAHA. Consultants regularly visit these hospitals to ensure compliance with AAHA’s standards for services and facilities.
