Julie Raymond

International Climate Change Engagement Liaison at American Anthropological Association

Julie Raymond currently serves as Principal Consultant at Embarr Consulting and Environmental Program Manager for the Port Gamble S'Klallam Tribe, roles commenced in January 2023 and November 2022 respectively. In addition, Julie holds the position of U.S. Country Manager for Climate Scorecard since August 2022 and Board Secretary for the Idaho Sustainability and Energy Coalition since August 2021. An audiobook narrator for Well Read and International Climate Change Engagement Liaison for the American Anthropological Association, Julie has actively participated in UN climate conferences as Head of Delegation in 2016 and 2017. Educationally, Julie Raymond is pursuing a Doctor of Arts in Political Science, with a focus on Public Administration and International Comparative Politics at Idaho State University, and has obtained multiple degrees including a Master of Science in Anthropology and a Master of Public Administration in related fields from the same institution.
