Charles D'Rozario

Charles D'Rozario is an experienced financial professional with a strong background in financial planning and analysis within the real estate sector. Currently serving as the Director of Financial Planning and Analysis at American Assets Trust, Inc. since November 2012, Charles has previously held the position of Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis at the same company. Prior experience includes roles as an Associate in Acquisitions/Asset Management at Girard Investment Partners, where involvement in managing equity and debt financing investments encompassed over 4.2 million square feet of various property types, as well as an Analyst in Acquisitions/Asset Management at Westcore Properties, focusing on modeling acquisitions across the USA and Europe. Additionally, Charles contributed as an Investment Analyst at the San Diego City-County Reinvestment Task Force, where a $90 million real estate equity fund was structured, and a micro-lending program was developed.
