Jenna Bachen

Jenna Bachen has a diverse and extensive work experience in the creative industry. Jenna started their career as a Designer at Xibits from 1996 to 1999, where they learned and exhibited skills in all aspects of the design process. Jenna then became the Design Director at Xibits from 1999 to 2001, where they recruited, trained, and managed designers while fulfilling the CAD, rendering, and graphic design needs of the company.

In 2001, Jenna joined Majesco Graphics as a Senior Designer, where they created a variety of large and small format productions and managed corporate and product launch campaigns with multi-million dollar budgets. Jenna also represented the design capabilities of the company in meetings with clients and played a crucial role in the company's self-promotion and corporate identity design.

From 2005 to 2011, Jenna worked at The Media & Marketing Group as an Art Director and later as the Creative Group Head. As Art Director, they worked closely with the Creative Group Head and maintained account brands while overseeing designers. Jenna also conceptualized campaigns and developed mood boards for photo shoots. As the Creative Group Head, Jenna managed and art directed a team of up to 15 creatives, mentored art directors and designers, and contributed creative campaigns for RFPs. Jenna also designed and coached the day-to-day creative work for Harrah's Entertainment Corporation and Peninsula Gaming.

Jenna then worked as the Creative Director at Magnum Integrated Marketing from 2011 to 2013, where they provided creative direction and supervised projects. Jenna joined the American Association for Cancer Research in 2013 as the Creative Director, overseeing the creative aspects of the organization.

In addition to their work experience, Jenna has notable achievements such as redesigning the Seven Stars brand and designing casino collateral for Caesars, Trump Plaza, and Bally's. Jenna has developed a strong expertise in managing projects with tight deadlines and budgets, interacting with clients, and creating compelling visual designs.

Jenna Bachen attended Drexel University from 1992 to 1996, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Graphic Design.
