Shannon Haymond

Shannon Haymond is the current Director at American Association for Clinical Chemistry. Shannon has a long and successful history in the medical field, starting with their work as a Senior Scientist at Nanosphere from January 2005 to December 2008. Shannon then moved on to Northwestern University, Feinberg School of Medicine where they worked until they took their current position. Shannon is highly intelligent and experienced, making their a perfect candidate for their current role. Shannon is dedicated to their work and takes great pride in their accomplishments.

Shannon Haymond completed a post-doc in clinical chemistry at Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis. Shannon then earned a PhD in analytical chemistry from Michigan State University. Shannon completed their undergraduate studies at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, where they earned two BS degrees in chemistry.
