Silka Clark

Silka Clark, MLS, is an accomplished healthcare professional with extensive experience in laboratory operations and management. Currently serving as Associate Director of Program Excellence in Phlebotomy Solutions at Natera, Silka has held various leadership roles, including President of the POCT CPP Board at the American Association for Clinical Chemistry and Director of Lab Excellence at ACCUMEN Inc. Prior to these positions, Silka managed laboratory operations at Children's Hospital Colorado, overseeing specimen collection and processing, while also implementing strategies to enhance Point of Care Testing at Centura Health across multiple facilities. Silka holds a Bachelor of Arts in Biology/Biological Sciences from California State University-San Bernardino.
