Elizabeth Schuster

Elizabeth Schuster currently serves as the Senior Federal Relations Counsel at the American Association for Justice, a position held since September 2023. Prior to this role, Elizabeth spent over eleven years at Food & Water Watch, where responsibilities escalated through three promotions to lead creative legislative strategies, advise Congress members, and advance nonprofit advocacy efforts. Elizabeth's legal career includes roles as an attorney at Right Size Law, PLLC, and as a staff attorney at the Legal Aid Society of Northeastern New York, Inc., advocating for clients across various legal issues. Elizabeth holds a JD from City University of New York School of Law and an LL.M from American University Washington College of Law, complemented by a diverse educational background including studies at Loyola University Maryland and Newcastle University.
